Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Because items are handmade, processing times may occasionally vary. If there is a delay with your order, you will be notified by email. Custom, or made to order products will have the estimated shipping time within the description.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout or provided as a flat rate, depending on the item.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship only within the United States.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, shipping times and delivery are outside of our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
